Lecture Notes Lecture notes are in pdf and/or postscript format. They are viewable with, E.g., Adobe Acrobat or GSView programs. All material given in lectures is NOT included here. Lecture notes are NOT a replacement for a text book, but material on which lectures are based on. They should NOT be considered as stand-alone material. Suggested use is to make your own copies (2 or 6 slides per page) before the lecture, and then add your own comments on them during the lecture. The color slides are provided here for viewing purposes only. Some of them are VERY big files. Watch out, if you are vieving them at home via a slow connection. Please do not print them using the ever thin printing resources at the department. Thank you. Suffix _v.pdf = 1 color slide per page for viewing _p2.pdf = 2 B/W slides per page for printing _p6.pdf = 6 B/W slides per page for printing _p2.ps = 2 B/W slides per page for printing
