Interests
Algorithmics, graphs, bioinformatics and data analysis. Bayesian methodology is integral in my research activities. My research focus lies for the most part in application-driven development of algorithms for data analysis (bioinformatics in particular), but less specialized algorithms are not ignored either. My M.Sc. thesis was about Bayesian trees and using them in clustering.
