PhD in Computer Science In 2011, I moved to Italy for a postdoctoral position in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science (DIMI) at University of Udine. From Feb. 2009 to July 2010. I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Computer Science at University of Helsinki. |

Research interests
- Knowledge Discovery: network abstraction, pattern and link discovery, data mining, analysis of data from scientific point of view;
- Application Domain that motivate me range from bioinformatics, litterature mining, to artwork creation.
Research Activities
- Working on task: Network Analysis in the European project Bison: Bisociation Networks
- Experimenting with biomine
- Working closely with PhD students Fang Zhou and Laura Langohr
- Mining term pairs in a collection of documents, and developping a text-mining application.
