Research

I am a Research Assistant at the New Paradigms in Computing group of Helsinki Institute for Information Technology HIIT / University of Helsinki. My supervisor is Valentin Polishchuk.

Currently I am researching the following:

How to eat ice cream as much as possible, and k-order α-shapes.
How to shoot beads along necklaces without collisions.

Education

I am a MSc Student at University of Helsinki. I have Mathematics as my major subject and my minor subjects include Computer Science, Statistics and Astronomy.

My Bachelor's Thesis (in Finnish) presents the proof of a certain type of Existence and Uniqueness Theorem for Ordinary Differential Equations.
