Application procedure

• Send the following two documents to the conference chair by email, fax, or mail.
  1. Reasons for participation. Describe briefly why you would like to attend ITiCSE 2000.
  2. Financial constraints and previous travels. Ask you supervisor to write a statement (or to send an email message) which describes the financial situation at your institute and lists your conference travels since January 1, 1999.
• The decision will be made within a week from the arrival of the application.
