Born 1964 in Bremen, nothern Germany. Lives and works there as a pastor.
First guitar lessons at the age of 12, but soon switched to the lute. 
Plays renaissance lute, chitarrone, both Italian and German baroque lute
(i. e. archlute and swanneck d-minor-lute) and mandora/gallichon as an 
amateur. Is fond of accompanying singers and generally playing thorough
bass. Member of the German Lute society. Further developments not excluded...
