Information for international students

An introductory course of development and designing of modern web applications. The course gives good understanding of the role of high abstraction in development (ORM, MVC, REST, Messaging Queues). Basics of architectural design concepts (N-tier, Service-Oriented Architecture) to compose scalable and fault tolerant applications are explored. Integration testing of web applications and key issues in web security are understood. Deployment of web applications is done with cloud computing environments.

This course is NOT an introductury course on web design (HTML, CSS)
