Break in printing services (cups.cs.helsinki.fi)

Description:
The printing service was down, because logs of a hung job had (again) filled the printer server's file system. We now try to stop this happening again by creating a new file system for printer server logs, however this requires cups.cs.helsinki.fi restart. The restart should be over in a few minutes.
