UPDATE4: Old identites and contact lists have now been restored (4.9 at 14:15). If there are any continuing problems, please report them to itsupport@cs.helsinki.fi.

UPDATE3: Roundcube has now imap cache enabled, which apparently reduced load enough to stop mail reading failures.

UPDATE2: Roundcube has been updated to a new version and  is working again. Contact list editing works too. However old contact entries are still missing. This is because all roundcube users are registered as new users in the roundcube database. All contact lists and settings belong to an other different user. We need to figure out the proper MySQL hacks to fix this, but until that time contacts are not available. 

UPDATE: Roundcube works now, but is somewhat slow.

 We don't know when we can fix it, since we do not know what is wrong.
