All /cs NFS file shares worked very slowly or not all. 

Apparently there are situations, where a single NFS client (this happened in Ukko cluster nodes) can claim thousands of NFS locks, but fails to release them. At some point NFS server will run out of memory for file locks and will stop answering to file lock requests. This causes other NFS clients to hang while waiting for a file lock to become available.
