General
The course is for students who are doing only their Master's degree in English at the Department of Computer Science. That means that students with a bachelor's degree in computer science from University of Helsinki do not participate to this course, because the course Kandidaatintutkielma has covered similar content.
Completing the course
In addition to Tuesday lectures, students must participate weekly small-group meetings during the course. The obligatory weekly meeting will contain discussions about the progress, peer-reviews of the draft versions and guidance by the group leader.
You can find your small group leader and meeting time here. You need to use your CS account to access this information.
Course will be graded based on the submitted scientific paper.
