Submissions of intent to participate

The PhD symposium is first of its kind. For organisational reasons we highly appreciate early indications of intents to submit a paper or participate the event, either through the easychair system (do not hesitate using "abstracts" for this) or per email as detailed below.

Submissions of papers and letters of recommendations

Please use the easychair system at https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=edoc2011phds and select the appropriate category for your paper,    “PhD symposium paper or “Supervisor recommendation letter”.

Registrations for attendance and review committee

Please send email to symposium chairs at edoc2011-PhDS@cs.helsinki.fi  with subject line specifying your role as review committee volunteer, or participant in the event. All supervisors are automatically included to the review committee.
