General assembly and monthly meeting

Friday 5 November at 14:15-16:00 in D122.

This meeting is intended for all staff and students of the department.
Programme:

- The campus health-and-safety delegate, Seija Lemettinen, will present an overview of health-and-safety measures on campus.
- The Head of the Department will present current affairs.
- The department’s strategy meeting 2011.
- The progress of the new website (Thomas Vikberg)
- General discussion on the work and goals of the department.

According to Section 18 of the university’s regulations, “For each department, faculty without departments, separate institute, and other administrative unit, a meeting for the whole staff and all students must be organised at least once a term at the invite of the director of the unit. The meeting will discuss shared development projects, plan future actions, and inform about current affairs at the university.”

Coffee will be served before the meeting, from 14:00 o'clock.
