To register the study modules at HY, fill in the following forms and return them to either Veli Mäkinen (Computer Science) or Sirkka-Liisa Varvio (Mathematics and Statistics), depending on the department to which you did your Master's thesis. Note that for major and minor subject modules, you need to choose module IDs according to this choice. The module ID choices are given in the forms below.
