Open hearing of candidates for head of department
The committee set by the Dean has interviewed the candidates it considered the best ones, and two top applicants have been selected.
A public hearing of the top candidates, Sasu Tarkoma and Tommi Mikkonen, will be held at 9.00 - 11.00 on Thursday 12 November, in Exactum CK112.
At the start of the session, both applicants will give a brief presentation of how to develop the department in future. Then the public
will be invited to question the candidates. Jukka Paakki will chair the session. It will be held in English, but the public may use Finnish or
Swedish, as well.
