Facilities

Facilities

All the facilities of the Department of Computer Science are located at the Kumpula campus, in the Exactum building (Gustaf Hällströmin katu 2b) There is a presentation of the department’s facilities and their equipment as well as a guide for how to make a reservation. The staff guide includes information on offices, keys, common rooms, post and phone routines, ID cards, and parking places.

The property management department and the technical department produce the necessary property services for the department, such as porter’s services, cleaning services, and general repairs and maintenance. For more information, please see the Kumpula campus services.)

IT hardware

The information technology of the department is presented in the chapter Information technology.

The IT team is in charge of purchases and maintenance of computers and of data networks and security.
