Group training for CS ladies- core & stretching

A weekly "training session" only for women (sponsored by department). These sessions will be held at Kumpula Unisport and they are for our department only!!

Core training 30min:
A 30-minute class to strengthen your midsection by exercising abdominal and back muscles both on the gym floor and standing. The class suits beginners and experienced fitness buffs alike. Bring along stretchy gym clothes and a sweat towel and a drinking bottle. You do not need shoes for class, but if you want you can bring shoes. 

Stretching 30min:
A tranquil class of body care and stretches to improve your mobility. The class suits beginners and experienced fitness buffs alike. You do not need shoes for class. Bring along stretchy and warm clothes and socks.

You need lock for the lockers. You can buy locks from Unisport (3,2€) or you can bring your own. The class starts at 14:00 sharp, please be ready at that time.

p.s. Also women working at HIIT Kumpula are welcome!
