CBU ICT summer school 2009: Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing

Helsinki, Finland, August 17 - 28, 2009

Objectives

This summer school will focus on mobile and ubiquitous computing issues. It brings again together CBU ICT students from the participating universities.

Venue

The summer school will be held in Department of Computer Science at the University of Helsinki, located in the Exactum building at Gustaf Hällströmin katu 2b at Kumpula campus, about 5 km north of the centre of Helsinki.

Credits

The actual amount of credits will be determined later for each student separately. It depends on the activity within each . It will in the scale of 2-8 credits for the CBU students and 2-4 (or 6) to non-CBU students, who will not need to participate in the CBU-specific events during the summer school.

The larger amount of credits for CBU students is based on the learning diary (also called as study diary). The learnign diary must be submitted to Tiina Niklander following the instructions on the diary page.
