Parameters:

record - A record object that represents a record in Dublin Core 1.1 Simple plus possible Qualified extensions plus possible oai_citeseer extensions laid out in the specifications. Keys of the fields must be in format dc:dcFieldName (or oai:oaiFieldName)

dataType - Type of the source: see constants in Tools-class

Returns:

Returns a Record object containing data that is transformed to the unified record format that this program uses.
