Pathway Assistant

Pathway Assistant provides tools for computational metabolic modelling. Key features are

  • Software-assisted integration of metabolic network models to the system (ReMatch)
  • Systematic exploration of effects of gene addition/deletion to a metabolic network with respect to yield maximisation objectives (Topology Generator)
  • Search tool for finding metabolic pathways of different types
  • Large-scale visualisation of metabolic networks
