[patch-2.4.2-pre1] rootfs boot parameter

Hi Linus,

This patch adds "rootfs" boot parameter which selects the filesystem type
for the root filesystem. Useful (nay, live-saving :) to distinguish
between filesystems which cannot detect damage to their structural
integrity. E.g. ext2 cannot detect if the block device has had another
filesystem made on it if it's superblock is left intact.
