[STP] OSDL Scalable Test Platform test for linux_2_4_14

OSDL is pleased to announce the release of the Scalable
Test Platform tests against kernel release linux_2_4_14.

Summary:

bash-memory	4 and 8 processor tests
dbench-quick	4 and 8 processor tests
dbench-long	4 and 8 processor tests
lmbench-short	4 processor test
lmbench-long	4 processor test
dbench-quick	4 processor test

Note:

2 processor UNIXbench and bash_memory tests were not performed 
for this run.
