[PATCH] 2.4.18-pre3 - i8xx series chipsets patches (patch1)

Hi Marcelo,

in attach a patch against linux-2.4.18-pre3 . The patch cleans up the include/linux/pci_ids.h file for intel
device ID's. (It deletes the double 82801CA entries and it gets the list back sorted on the device id
itself).
