is the AD1885 Audio Codec suppored by the 2.4.x Kernel?

The subject line says it all:
Is the AD1885 Audio Codec supported by the 2.4.x kernel?

I see a reference to 'ad1885' in the ac97_codec, and RedHat's
kudzu seems to point at i810_audio, but thats about it,- one,
the other, both, still no sound.
