O(1) patch for 2.4.20-pre (?)

Guys - does anyone have an O(1) scheduler patch for 2.4.20-pre? I tried
re-diffing Ingo's 2.4.19-rc2-A4 patch but it's basically beyond me. I'd
quite like to do some testing with the patest 2.4.20-pre kernels, but I
guess it's not urgent....
