[PATCH] only show the "PCMCIA SCSI drivers" submenu if "PCMCIA SCSI drivers" is selected

Trivial: This is a follow-up to your "Gigabit Ethernet submenu" precedent.

Only show the PCMCIA SCSI drivers submenu if the "PCMCIA SCSI drivers"
entry is selected.
