Hello,

the following oops occurs repeatadly:

--------------------------------------8<--------------------------------------

ksymoops 2.4.5 on i686 2.4.20. Options used
-V (default)
-k /proc/ksyms (default)
-l /proc/modules (default)
-o /lib/modules/2.4.20/ (default)
-m /boot/System.map-2.4.20 (default)

Warning: You did not tell me where to find symbol information. I will
assume that the log matches the kernel and modules that are running
right now and I'll use the default options above for symbol resolution.
If the current kernel and/or modules do not match the log, you can get
more accurate output by telling me the kernel version and where to find
map, modules, ksyms etc. ksymoops -h explains the options.

--------------------------------------8<--------------------------------------

To reproduce:

in /etc/modules.conf:

--------------------------------------8<--------------------------------------

alias bond0 bonding
options bond0 miimon=100 mode=0

--------------------------------------8<--------------------------------------

# ifconfig eth1 up
# ifconfig eth2 up
# ifconfig bond0 192.168.254.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.254.255
# ifenslave bond0 eth1 eth2
# ifenslave -d bond0 eth1 eth2
<Ooops>

it also occurs when using "ifenslave -D ..."

Although this is the module downloaded from Intel's webpage, it also
happens with the e1000 driver shipped with the kernel.

When loading the module:

Intel(R) PRO/1000 Network Driver - version 5.0.43

eth1: Intel(R) PRO/1000 Network Connection
eth2: Intel(R) PRO/1000 Network Connection

# ifenslave -V
ifenslave.c:v0.07 9/9/97 Donald Becker (becker@cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov)
Contains patches from Willy Tarreau and Guus Sliepen.
