2.4.20 Oops (semms in reiserfs)

working a while in X i got these errors (second error repeating for some
time, i was able to use SysRq to sync, mount ro and reboot). seems to be
related to reiserfs.

please cc me because I'm not subscribed to the list.

the kernel is tainted due to the pwcx-i386 module foir the usb webcam
and the modules for the conexant softmodem driver, both do not seem to
be related to the filesystem.
