CONFIG_BSD_PROCESS_ACCT: tools?

Reading through the make menuconfig help it talks about user level tools
for taking advantage of CONFIG_BSD_PROCESS_ACCT. Are there any good
ones? Is this worth pursuing for user tracking on production servers?
