Is this your system, above? If so, what version 3c59x.c are you using?
If it's less than 47, you might want to give that a shot (try
ftp://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/linux/drivers). If this is NOT your
system, and you're running a tulip card, you can try the latest tulip
driver from there as well. FWIW, I was experiencing silent reboots with
2.0.32 and driver 46C (for the 3c90x cards) that was cured by moving to
version 47. I hope this helps.
