Just if any information is usefull... If no, sorry for wasting
bandwidth...

My 3C905 (rev 0) on Tyan Tiger 2 440LX motherboard with two PII266MHz is
_running a week without any problem_: stock 2.0.32 kernel (with previous
version of 3c59x.c) + awedrv patch. SMP enabled. Other devices on PCI
(besides 440LX chipset): Matrox Millenium II with 4MB.

Looks like some poll is needed to gather all the information... May be
it is related to other configuration parameters too: PCI chipset,
Ethernet speed, etc. And how about overclocking? People today like very
much to push hardware beyond the limits... May be somebody with good
HTTP skills can create a form to set it up on an http server...
