Although many people reported the error while compiling (easy to
repair just looking at the file) I have not hear anything about Audio-CDs
now, I'm not able to even play them, the driver reports that the door is
unlocked, exactly it saids:

cdrom: failed to open the device.
cdrom: door unlocked.
Error opening cdrom device: Unknown error 124

By the way I would like to report another bug, my keyboard used to
work fine, (cursor, delete, insert, etc, worked in all programs ) now it
is totally screwed up, may it have something to do with the new unix
module?

The sound module works just fine, but kerneld is not able to
recognize it, and it is useless, anybody working on it?, any plans for a
new modutils-2.1.70 ??

And about that feature-freeze, well, what about including the new
ppp-2.3.2 code in the kernel?, they said pppd version 2.2 works fine with
the new code, so what's the problem in including it by default? (I hate to
untar my last complete version, patch it to current and make kernel in
ppp, instead of just applying the new patch!)
