2.0.35 NFS directory perms bug

This is my first post.. I do not know where to begin nor enough of the
inner most workings of the kernel to make a patch. Here is the problem...

A dir of mode 664 (drw-rw-r--) can be 'listed' with shell file completion.

say /home/foo/bar is 644, one could do something like:
cd /home/foo/bar/<tab><tab>

boom.. file list... now this is only appears to affect dirs owned by that
user (it isn't a user to user security issue) but is a bug.
(as far as I can tell)

If that isn't simple and to the point.. I don't know what is =)
