I know all about this beast...............

It is the buggiest hardware combination to fix do to all of the versions.
If you want to test, see the bottom.  Note that your PCI information is
the most useful to date...............

I expect a report of success/failure if you want support.
Patch 13 for 2.1.130 is due soon...........
