packet sheduling and tc

I try to use tc, but this don't work.
I have ip-route paket compiled under 2.1.129 with correct headers,
and I have packed sheduler into kernel. Packet shedulers are compiled
as modules. When I use tc to set query discipline, it crash - coudn't
find shared lib - q_cbq.so
Where can I find it ?
