vesafb supports it, and Hannu Mallat has a framebuffer driver
specifically for your Trio, at http://www.hut.fi/~hmallat/linux/s3.html

I am working to integrate Hannu's work, Keith Packard's work, and others
to create 's3fb', which will support most S3 cards...
