I use it with CARDBUS under 2.3.36 and 2.3.39 and it works.

CONFIG_PCMCIA=y
CONFIG_CARDBUS=y
# CONFIG_I82365 is not set
# CONFIG_TCIC is not set

I haven't tried i82365 yet but I may if I have access again to my box.
