Linux crypto patch for 2.3 kernels

Sorry I got a little behind; I'm on holiday in the US at the moment.
I finally managed to catch up with the 2.3 kernel tree and have posted
the International (crypto) Kernel Patch for Linux kernels 2.3.40-42 on
my homepage at http://www.sericyb.com.au/ as usual.
