Kernel 2.2.14

Hai!
I upgraded my Kernel version from 2.2.5-15 to 2.2.14.The kernel is
able to detect the ethernet cards & everything seems to be fine.But, there
is a constant message scrolling the console. It says:

"eth0: 21041 transmit timed out, Status fc260000, CSR12 000020c4, CSR13
ffffef09, CSR14 fffff7fd, reseting ..."

What do I interpret from this and does it signify a serious problem ?!
