again !!Linux TCP/IP problems - hangup in Threads Kernel 2.2.13-rtl2.0

Its only 10 minutes after i send the mail !!
And now i got a hangup even without TCP_NODELAY options..
I think i have a generell problem with it !

So please take my last mail without the TCP_NODELAY comment !
