OOPS seems to be ACPI related

I now recompiled the kernel with ACPI turned off (everything else is the same) since I remembered strange things happening with it turned on before.
The oops magically disappeared.

As I stated in a earlier post (named: "PCMCIA, ACPI Problems with 2.4.0test1-ac22-class") ACPI does not work on my machine.
Attached is a log of the booting process of 2.4.0test1-ac22riel since that was the last kernel that did not crash when ACPI is turned on.
On a side note the PCMCIA problems stated in that post also still exist.
