new serial driver for z85x30 Chips

Hello,

I have written a new serial driver for the z85x30 chip's, this is a 
modification from the tc/zs.c driver. I have a ADS POS-Card (for Point of 
Sale). with one or two z85230 Chips. My driver work on a i386 system.

The first pre release-patch for the 2.2.15 Kernel is on the url

this driver is a alpha-release and has a minimal. teststatus.

I work on it.
