Unfortunatelly these things are already in kernel and pulling crap out of
kernel is MUCH harder then denying it in first place. Fell free to clean up
mentioned things, though.
P.S. ISDN code was almost thrown away at one point. Exactly since Linus though
it's in REAL crappy state and ISDN developers had "good enough" thing and just
not wanted to understood that it's not enough ! Look in lklm archives year or
so old.
