xircom_tulip_cb not working in pre9, pre10

It works in test6-pre6
The message I get now is:

PCI: Setting latency timer of device 02:00.0 to 64
PCI: Error while updating region 02:00.1/2 (00001081 != 00001000)
PCI: Enabling device 02:00.1 (0000 -> 0003)

Now it doesn't hang the machine if I remove/insert it, it prints this
message to the console.
