Removal of modutils/ksymoops ftp site

Serving modutils and ksymoops is too much traffic for my 56K link.
With immediate effect, I have removed modutils and ksymoops from
ftp.ocs.com.au.  These tools can be obtained from any kernel.org
mirror, they have been on kernel.org since January.
