²⁹It is a case of what G.E. Moore called the naturalistic fallacy. Hume already pointed out that you cannot infer what ought to be from what is. In other words, if evolution makes people behave in a certain way, it does not in any way morally justify the claim that this way of behaving is good or acceptable.
