InMoDe 1.1 Changelog

Bugfixes:
(1) CSL stack heights fixed

Minor changes:
(1) SimpleMoDe prints the optimal BIC score of the learned model.
(2) Stackwidths and margins in CSL slightly reduced.
(3) Input now considers "X" to be equivalent to "N" as ambiguous/wildcard symbol.
(4) Estimation of component probabilitites in MixtureMoDe is enabled and also set as default choice in FlexibleMoDe. 

New features:
(1) VisualizationApp prints CSLs in different color schemes.
(2) Latent variable modes output, additionally to latent variable configurations, also the corresponding binding sites for each component.
