Analysis of genes having pattern PAC in their upstream region

There is about 514 genes out of 6312 (8.14 percent) having the given pattern in their 300bp upstream region. Gene expression is deemed significantly altered if it has a p-value less than given acording to the gene specific error model of Hughes et Al. (Cell 2000)

The p-value column in the table is adjusted with Holm method to represent tablewise p-value.
