Description
The seminar will cover topics like pattern discovery in sequences, inverse problems in stringology, analyses of
longest common subsequences, compressed full-text indexes. The presentations will be based on recent research papers.
A selection of papers of interest can be found from the pages of the study group
that concentrated on the same subjects during the spring semester.

String Matching -course is recommended. In particular some knowledge
about suffix trees is useful.
