Information on e-tickets and travel confirmations
Dear Customers,
Please pay attention to the following specifications concerning e-tickets
and travel confirmations:
The Smart Travel Confirmation is always delivered automatically to both
traveller and travel arranger by email. The new service may show only the
reader's name in the email's to-field. Still, the travel confirmation has
been delivered to both traveller and travel arranger, who both see only
their own names in the to-field. There is no need to forward the travel
confirmation.
The appearance of our e-ticket has changed. We had to abandon the tailored
apperance of the e-ticket until further notice. This is due to changing
international enactments on compulsory information on an e-ticket. Because
this piece of information does not automatically get updated on our
tailored e-ticket, we do not want to risk our travellers to be deprived of
this information.
We keep on looking for technical development that would allow both a
tailored, readable appearance as well as updated information on traveller
rights and obligations.
